Manage Incoming Calls in 8x8 Work for Desktop While on a Call
Objective
How to manage an incoming call in Work for Desktop if you're already on a call.

Procedure
If you're on a call, you may receive another incoming call. You can handle this one of three ways:
- End & Accept: End current call and accept the new incoming call
- Hold & Accept: Put current call on Hold and accept the new incoming call
- Voicemail: Continue current call and send the new incoming call to voicemail
End & Accept
If you choose to end your current call and accept the new incoming call, your initial call will be disconnected and you'll now be talking to that incoming caller.
Hold & Accept
Putting your current call on Hold and accepting the new one will leave your initial caller waiting on Hold, whilst you talk to your incoming caller.
Voicemail
Your incoming caller will be sent to your voicemail message to leave you a voicemail, which you can listen to at a later date. You'll continue the call with your current caller.
