How to make conference calls in Virtual Office Desktop

Objective

To make a conference call in Virtual Office Desktop Application.

Applies To

  • Virtual Office Desktop New Experience

Procedure

  1. While in the Virtual Office Desktop, and in an active call, click Options (three dots).
  2. Select Add Call.
  3. Enter name, number or email to select a contact.
  4. Click the name, number or email then click the plus icon.
  5. Once the call is connected, click the Options button (three dots) again.
  6. Select Merge Calls button.
