Unable to View Other Users Presence Within Virtual Office Desktop

Symptom

You are unable to view colleagues' presence in Virtual Office Desktop.

Applies To

  • Virtual Office Desktop
  • Configure Manager 

Procedure

Adjust the Contact Directory Scope in Configuration Manager settings.

  1.  Log in to Configuration Manager.
  2.  Go to the profile of the user you wish to adjust.
    1. Click Users.
    2. Click Edit (pencil icon) to the right of the user.
    3. Scroll to Basic Information.
  3. Within basic information find the contact directory scope which will be set to PBX.

  4. Drop down the list and change to Company.

  5. Click Save, and log out and login back into the virtual office.
