Symptom

Users getting error message as "Your account is missing an extension" when login into VOD application

Applies To

  • Account Manager
  • Virtual office  Desktop 

Resolution

  1. Login to Account Manager
  2. Navigate Phone system
  3. Select Manage all Extensions
  4. Navigate to affected Extension and then select Exit
  5. Navigate to Extension information
  6. Tick Enable Virtual Office
