How to Configure Zero-Dial-Out from Voicemail

Objective

Configuring the option to press zero to dial out to another number when a caller reaches your voicemail.

Log in to Work for Desktop.
Go to Settings > Account Settings.
Open the Voicemail Settings section.
Under Custom 0 Dial Out, click the toggle.
Enter the number you want the caller to be directed to when they dial out from your voicemail.
Click Save.
