One way Audio using Virtual Office Mobile while engaged on a regular cellphone call

Objective

Able to hear the caller on Virtual Office Mobile when having No Audio issue when accepts a call on application. User is on call using the regular cellphone call, and when somebody call the extension/user on the Virtual Office Mobile and accepts the call on the application, they can't hear the caller on VOM.

Procedure

  1. Log in to the Virtual Office Mobile app.
  2. Tap on More (three dots). 
  3. Go to Settings.
  4. Tap Data and Network Options.
  5. Tap Mobile Assist
  6. Enable Incoming calls

Cause

Any application of the phone like Virtual Office Mobile will go on mute or no audio since active regular call is ongoing.
