VOM Status not updating when set from available to DND

Symptom

VOM/VOD status is showing as grayed out.

Applies To

  • Virtual Office Desktop (all versions)
  • Virtual Office Mobile (all versions)

Resolution

  1. Log into Account Manager as an admin.
  2. Click Accounts tab.
  3. On the left hand side, click Contact Directory.

  4. Locate Contact Directory Exclude Extension column (scroll right on the scrollbar at the bottom of the page).
  5. Uncheck the box for all affected users and click Save Changes.

  6. Have users log out and log back in from VOD/VOM to refresh the settings.

Cause

Contact Directory Exclude Extension need to be unchecked.
