Enabling or Disabling Users in the Contact Directory in Account Manager

Objective

Removing unwanted user profiles from the Corporate Contact list for Account Manager.

Applies To

Procedure

  1. Log into your Account Manager as an admin.
  2. Go to Accounts > Contact Directory > View.

  3. On the list, select a user profile and check the box under Contact Directory Exclude Extension to have that user removed from the contact directory list.
