When using Account Manager on a Mac/OS X computer, you are unable to scroll horizontally. The issue does not occur when you have an external mouse connected.
The following views are affected:
- Manage Extensions
- Edit Multiple Extensions
- Manage Schedules
- User Profiles
- Contact Directory User Specific Preferences
Follow these steps to enable scrollbar visibility.
- Go to System Preferences.
- Select General.
- Select Show Scroll Bars.
- Select Always or Automatically based on mouse or trackpad (for external mouse only).
This is due to a system setting needing to be configured in order for the horizontal scrollbar to be seen.
