How to Exclude Contacts from the Auto Attendant Directory

Objective

How to exclude contacts from the Auto Attendant directory.

  • Account Manager

Procedure

  1. Log in to Account Manager.
  2. On the top navigation bar, click Accounts.
  3. Under the Accounts menu, click Contact Directory.
  4. To exclude an extension, select the corresponding checkbox in the Auto Attendant Exclude Extension column by scrolling to the right by using the scroll bar.
