How do I enable or disable Virtual Office Apps access for a user in Account Manager?

Objective

Enable Virtual Office Mobile (VOM) and Virtual Office Desktop (VOD) / Virtual Office Online (VOO) access for a user in Account Manager.

  • Virtual Office Mobile, Desktop, and Online
  • Account Manager

Procedure

  1. Log in to Account Manager.
  2. Navigate to Phone System > Extensions. Use Quick Find to search for the extension you wish to enable/disable VOM or VOD/VOO for.

  3. Edit the extension.
  4. On the Edit Extension page under Extension Information, there are two options in the top right-hand corner.

  5. To enable either service, tick the box next to the relevant option(s). To disable, untick the box next to the relevant option(s).  Then, click Save_Changes.png at the bottom of the page.

    Note: The Enable Virtual Office will enable/disable Virtual Office Online and Virtual Office Desktop.  The Enable Virtual Office Mobile option will only enable/disable Virtual Office Mobile.  You can hover over the blue question mark next to each option if you're unsure.
