How to Disable SMS or IM in Account Manager

Objective

Disable SMS or IM in Account Manager.

Applies To

  • Account Manager

Procedure

  1. Log in to Account Manager.
  2. Go to Phone System > Company Settings > Messaging.
  3. Tick the checkboxes to enable or disable SMS/IM.
  4. Click Save.
