When receiving inbound calls, your phone doesn't ring or display that a call is coming in.
- Make sure Do Not Disturb is disabled on your desk phone, Virtual Office Desktop (VOD) app, and Virtual Office Mobile (VOM) app.
- Disable SIP ALG on the network.
This is most often due to SIP ALG being enabled on your network, or Do Not Disturb being set on your desk phone, VOD, or VOM.
If the issue persists, create a case with 8x8 Technical Support.
