To check the status of your number transfer request in Account Manager.
- Account Manager
- Number Transfer
- Log in to Account Manager.
- Click Phone System > Number Transfer.
- Click Check Transfer Status on the far right.
If the status is pending, your number will likely transfer within 10 business days from the day the request was submitted.
If the status is rejected, this means the request was not processed by your carrier. An email will will be automatically sent to the account administrator with details and recommended next steps.
