How to Change Voicemail Notification Settings for an Extension

Objective

How to change the voicemail notification settings for an extension.

Applies To

• Account Manager
• Extensions

Procedure

1. Log into Account Manager.
2. Click Phone System tab.
3. Select Edit Voicemail/Fax Notifications, from the menu on the left side of the page.
4. You can then select the required setting from the drop down menu for each extension and save changes. 
   

Note: you can also change the email address that the notification is being sent too and edit fax notification settings on this page.
