How do I delete Call Recordings in Configuration Manager?

To delete your Call Recordings

Procedure

To delete recordings in Configuration Manager

  1. Log in to Configuration Manager
  2. From the top panel click the icon on the top left next to the 8x8 logo
  3. Click Call Recordings
  4. Set search options
    • Start Date
    • End Date
    • Time Zone
    • Extension(s)
  5. Click Search
  6. From the list select the call recording you would like to delete
  7. Click the Delete Call Recordings button above the list of call recordings
  8. In the confirmation window, click Delete
