How do I change the primary admin in Virtual office configuration manager?

Changing the primary admin in Virtual Office Configuration Manager.

Procedure

  1. Log in to Configuration Manager as the existing primary administrator.
  2. Click Users.
  3. Click Edit (pencil icon) next to the primary admin's name to edit.
  4. Change the email address and the first and last name to that of the new primary admin.
  5. Click Save.
  6. Click the initials located in the top right of the Configuration Manager screen.
  7. Choose Contact support.
  8. In the top right of the page, select the name of the primary admin.
  9. Click My Profile.
  10. Select Edit at the bottom of the page.
  11. Change the fields to the information of the new primary admin. 

    Note: If the new admin already has a profile in Configuration Manager, it will have to be deleted before this step can be completed.

  12. Select Save.
