To change the Primary Admins name in Configuration Manager.
If the primary administrator's name was misspelled on your initial account set-up, or if a new person has assumed the primary admin role, a secondary administrator can change the primary administrator's name in Virtual Office Configuration Manager. You can also log into Virtual Office Configuration Manager as the primary administrator and make changes directly to the account.
If the name change is part of an ownership transfer, please follow our guidelines for completing the transfer with our Billing Department.
- Configuration Manager
- Admin Name Change
- Log in to VO Configuration Manager.
- Click Users.
- Click Edit (pencil) to the right of the primary administrator's name.
- Select Edit.
- Enter the new administrator's user details in the Basic Information section.
- Click Save.
