Unable to update profile picture for VOD and VOM on Configuration Manager

Symptom

User experiencing issues uploading a profile picture

Applies To

  • Virtual Office Desktop
  • Virtual Office Mobile

Resolution

  1. Log into Configuration Manager.
  2. Click the User tab.
  3. Select the User affected by clicking Edit.
  4. On the left-hand side, click Basic information
  5. Toggle the Display contact in Company directory to allow or show the User's profile picture.
  6. Click Save
  • Users can also update to the latest Virtual Office Desktop firmware 6.4.4 and above as resolution

Cause

Contact in company directory needs to be toggled on to display User's profile picture
