Unable to record an audio/greeting on Auto Attendant Configuration Manager

Symptom

When attempting to record an audio file on Auto Attendant, by using Call on phone to record having error "Recorded audio file was not found. Try to record again!".

Applies To

  • Virtual Office Configuration Manager
  • Auto Attendant

Resolution

  1. Log in to Virtual Office Configuration Manager.
  2. Click Sites.
  3. Next to the desired site, click Edit (pencil icon).
  4. Scroll to Voice Service Settings and select a Main Line Number, if not yet selected.

  5. Click Save and test.
