When attempting to record an audio file on Auto Attendant, by using Call on phone to record having error "Recorded audio file was not found. Try to record again!".
- Virtual Office Configuration Manager
- Auto Attendant
- Log in to Virtual Office Configuration Manager.
- Click Sites.
- Next to the desired site, click Edit (pencil icon).
- Scroll to Voice Service Settings and select a Main Line Number, if not yet selected.
- Click Save and test.
