How to Edit a Call Queue

Objective

To edit a Call Queue.

Applies To

  • Admin Console
  • Call Queues

Procedure

  1. Log in to Admin Console
  2. Click Call Queues.

  3. Click Edit to the right of the queue you wish to edit.

  4. Edit your desired information. Keep in mind that the following fields are required.
    • Name
    • Site
    • Extension Number
    • Maximum Calls in Queue
    • Voicemail Password 
    • Primary Members
