How to Edit a Call Queue
Objective
To edit a Call Queue.
Applies To
- Admin Console
- Call Queues
Procedure
- Log in to Admin Console.
- Click Call Queues.
- Click Edit to the right of the queue you wish to edit.
- Edit your desired information. Keep in mind that the following fields are required.
- Name
- Site
- Extension Number
- Maximum Calls in Queue
- Voicemail Password
- Primary Members
