How to Set the Alert Time Between Each Ring Group Hop

Objective

To set the alert time between call hops in a Ring Group (length of time before it calls the next member of the Ring Group).

Procedure

1. Log into Admin Console
2. Click Ring Groups.
3. Select Basic Information.
4. Scroll down to Total time to alert a member.
   
5. Enter the desired alert time between each hop (maximum is 180 seconds, or 3 minutes).
