How to Extend the Ring Time for a Ring Group

Objective

To learn how to extend the Ring Time for a Ring Group.

Applies To

• 8x8 Admin Console
• Ring Group
• Ring Time

Procedure

1. Log in to 8x8 Admin Console.
2. Click Ring Groups on the Home page.
   
3. To the right of the desired ring group, click Edit (pencil icon).
4. Under Basic Information adjust the number of seconds under Total Time to Alert a Member.
   
5. Click Save when all changes have been made.
