Voicemail Options Are Greyed Out When Logging In as End Users
Symptom
When attempting to change voicemail options as an end user in 8x8 Admin Console, voicemail options are greyed out.

Resolution
Please check with your IT administrator and make sure that the assigned Profile Policy allows end users to make voicemail changes.
