When navigating to Polycom Menu > Applications > Corporate Directory, the user may not see some or all other internal extension users. Users still appear in contact directory of VOD and VOM.
Configuration Manager Users
Navigate to and edit the user profile for the user missing from the contact directory. Enable Auto Attendant Contact Directory Scope in Configuration Manager.
Account Manager Users
Navigate to and edit the Extension Settings for the user missing from contact directory. Under Extension Settings, Hide in Auto Attendant Directory should be unchecked in Account Manager.
