User Profile from Account Manager Is Not Showing in Polycom Phone

Symptom

User profile from Account Manager is not showing on Polycom phone.

Resolution

  1. Determine if the Polycom phone is getting an internet connection by checking IP address.
  2. Proceed to set the phone to a static IP.
  3. After the phone boots up, you can set the phone back on DHCP.

Cause

The Polycom phone failed to update because it cannot establish connectivity via DHCP or dynamic IP address.
