Your Yealink SIP-T23P or SIP-T23G phone LCD display is blank (shows no time, lines, or messages). There is no dial tone, and you are unable to make or receive calls.


It is likely your phone is not drawing power, either from an electrical outlet or a power-over-ethernet (PoE) source.

  • Ensure that the phone is properly plugged into a functional AC outlet.
  • If the phone is plugged into a socket controlled by a switch, ensure that the switch is on.
  • If the phone is plugged into a power strip, try plugging it directly into a wall outlet instead.
  • If your SIP-T23P/T23G IP phone is powered from PoE, ensure you use a PoE-compliant switch or hub.
