2019-07-18: Slow System Access and Calls Not Completing

Issue

One of the 8x8 US based data centers experienced a very brief network event causing slow system access and some calls for some customers to go to voicemail or staying in the contact center queue for a few minutes. The issues have cleared up and 8x8 is investigating the root cause.
