2019-09-03: Performance and Login Issues on Virtual Contact Center

Issue

We have received reports of login issues when attempting to log in to Virtual Contact Center.

Those who are able to successfully log in are reportedly experiencing:

  • Agent GUI not loading
  • Delay with logging in
  • Delay with putting callers on Hold

A platform switch has been initiated to mitigate the symptoms.
