8x8 is currently investigating an issue where some users Aastra phones are not connecting to 8x8 services. Phones may be stuck at 45% during reboot or have one of the following errors:
- No Service
- Bad encrypted CFG
- Aastra phones
8x8 found a misconfiguration on the Aastra provisioning server. We have corrected the issue and phones can now connect to 8x8 services. If a phone is not currently no operational please reboot the phone to re-establish the connection.
