After running reports in Virtual Contact Center and exporting them to Microsoft Excel, the spreadsheets appear to be blank.


Microsoft has automatically enabled certain Protected View settings for files that originate from the Internet or otherwise do not pass their validation checks.


In Excel, do the folowing:

  1. Click File > Options.
  2. Click Trust Center > Trust Center Settings > Protected View.
  3. Uncheck the boxes for both:
    • Enable Protected View for files that fail validation
    • Enable Protected View for files originating from the Internet
  4. Click OK to save your settings.
