When trying to join a Virtual Meeting on the computer (via soft phone dial-in or browser), the customer receives and error message saying, "Maximum number of concurrent meeting sessions exceeded."

Participants trying to dial in on the phone will hear, "Currently, maximum meeting capacity has been reached. Please try again. Goodbye."

In Virtual Meeting 1.0, a user can have only one active Virtual Meeting going at a time.

This error is generated when a meeting scheduled by a single user overlaps with another meeting scheduled by the same user. This often comes in the form of the first meeting running long, while participants have already begun trying to join the next meeting. It can also occur when a meeting creator leaves but does not end an initial meeting before trying to start a second meeting.

To fix this error and successfully start a second meeting, the customer must leave and end the first active meeting.
