When attempting to access the 8x8 case portal either via the Support Knowledge Base or through a link in a case notification email, you encounter the following error:


For Virtual Office Editions and Virtual Contact Center Editions users who are not the primary adminstrator of the account, this is due to a current permission limitation which allows only the primary administrator access to the Support case portal at this time. This is being actively addressed to allow secondary administrators to use the portal, as well.

For all other users (including Virtual Office/VCC Editions primary administrators), this is an intermittent known issue and is currently under investigation. It is correctable with 8x8 Technical Support assstance.


This issue has been resolved for secondary admins in Virtual Office Configuration Manager. If you are experiencing this issue, please call 8x8 Support.
