The My 8x8 application is missing on the application panel and I am an admin.
- Account Management, My 8x8 Application Panel
- Log in to your 8x8 Application Panel.
- Select the Virtual Office Config Mgr application.
- Select your initials at the top right corner of the Configuration Manager page and select Contact Support.
- This will trigger a new window which will take you into My 8x8.
The My 8x8 application may be tied to the initial Primary Username. If the primary username is changed, it can cause the My 8x8 application to no longer be visible.
