How to Log Tickets Through 8x8 Application Panel

To log a ticket through the 8x8 Application Panel.

Procedure

  1. Log into your Application Panel.
  2. Click My 8x8.

  3. This will take you to your 8x8 Support Portal. See How to Create a Case with 8x8 Support for steps on Case creation.

Don't see My 8x8?

  1. Click Support.

  2. Click Get Support in the top right hand corner of the screen.
