If your account is past due, a $10 late fee is added to your account on the 15th of the month.
Past Due Notifications
Prior to assessing the late fee,
- You will receive an email on the first business day after the current billing date.
- You will receive a second email the second week of the current billing period.
- You will receive a third and final email, along with a phone call the third week of the current billing period (prior to the 15th of the month).
Note: if you pay your bill or updated your payment information any time during the notification period, additional notifications will not be sent.
