Can't Access Billing Tabs in Support Portal (My 8x8)

Symptom

When you log in to the Support portal as a Virtual Office Configuration Manager account admin, you are not able to access the Billing tabs to view your billing statements or update your payment method.

Cause

This issue is under investigation.
