How do I access my user data?

Objective

Accessing 8x8 account and user data.

Users are able to access their data through their account management systems (e.g., Account Manager, Configuration Manager). Up to 12 months of data are available as long as the account is active. Any data beyond the last 12 months requires a Professional Services engagement, and will incur a fee. To request Professional Services, please contact your 8x8 Sales representative.

Procedure

Downloading Data From Account Manager

Call Logs 

  1. Log in to Account Manager.
  2. Go to Reporting > Run/Schedule.
  3. Under Report Type, select Call Logs.

  4. Use the Call Report Time Filter to choose the desired time frame. Note: Call Logs can only be downloaded for 3 months at a time.
  5. Use the Data Filters to select the number type, or search for a specific set of phone numbers.
  6. Select the Call Direction.
    • All
    • Inbound
    • Outbound
  7. Click Run.  
  8. After the report loads, click Download.

Billing Statements 

  1. Log in to Account Manager.
  2. Go to Billing Statements.
  3. Expand the billing statement by clicking + to the left of the desired statement.

  4. Under Actions, click View.
  5. The downloadable information includes:
    • Usage (CSV)
    • Bill (PDF)
    • Service Summary (CSV)

Call Recordings 

  1. Log in to Account Manager.
  2. Go to Phone System > Call Recording.
  3. Click Download Call Recordings.
  4. Select the desired time frame for the call recordings you want to download.

  5. Select the extensions for which you want to download call recordings.
  6. Click Search.
  7. Select the recordings you want to download, or check the box to select all recordings.
  8. Click Download Recordings.

Data From Configuration Manager

Call Details and Call Summary 

  1. Log in to Configuration Manager.
  2. In the upper right corner, click the arrow to the right of your profile icon.
  3. Select Billing Call Log

  4. From the left sidebar on the 8x8 Analytics page, select the report you want.
    • Call Details
    • Call Summary
  5. To the right of the desired report, click More Options (three dots).
  6. Select Export XLSX.

Call Recordings 

  1. Log in to Configuration Manager.
  2. Click Menu (three bars). 
  3. Click Call recordings
  4. Use the filters to select the Date Range, User, and Direction.

  5. Click Download.

Data From Virtual Contact Center 

Agent Data 

  1. Log in to Virtual Contact Center.
  2. Go to Menu > Report.

  3. From Available Reports, expand the Agent folder.
  4. Select the desired report.
  5. Click Next.
  6. Enter a report title, then select the Granularity, Date Range, and Time Zone.
  7. Click Run. A new window will pop up and afterward, an XLS file will be added to your downloads. 

Call Data   

  1. Log in to Virtual Contact Center.
  2. Go to Menu > Report.

  3. From Available Reports, expand the Agent folder.
  4. Select Detailed Outbound call activity.

  5. Click Next.
  6. Enter a report title, then select the Granularity, Date Range, and Time Zone.
  7. Click Run. A new window will pop up and afterward, an XLS file will be added to your downloads.

Billing Data

This is available only to Configuration Manager admins.

  1. Log in to the 8x8 Application Panel.
  2. Click My 8x8.
  3. Click Billing Statements.

  4. Under the Actions column, click View.
  5. The downloadable information includes:
    • Usage (CSV)
    • Bill (PDF)
    • Service Summary (CSV)

Statements can also be retrieved by emailing invoice-billing@8x8.com.

Meeting Recordings

  1. Log in to Virtual Office Desktop. 
  2. Select the Meetings tab. 
  3. Select My Meetings.  
  4. Click Meeting Details (information symbol).
  5. Open the Meeting Recordings section and click Download.
