Missing Mandatory Field Failure when Submitting US Port

Symptom

When submitting a port in Virtual Office Configuration Manager, the porting fails with failure reason: Missing mandatory field.

Resolution

In step 2, Basic information, instead of selecting an existing address from the dropdown menu, select New address and enter the address manually.

Cause

The system sees the Zip4 field as mandatory and it, therefore, must be completed in order for the port order to succeed.
