How to Create a Case as an 8x8 Partner
Objective
Create a new partner case.
Applies To
- 8x8 Partners
Procedure
- Log in to PartnerXchange.
- Select Support from the main navigation.
- Choose PartnerXperience from the drop down.
- Click on Create a Case.
- Complete the New Case form and submit. You will receive an email with your case number for future reference.
