The window for Agent Workspace is not formatting correctly on some agent desktops making call handling difficult with areas not available for viewing.

To correct this in Google Chrome, use the following steps.
- In the address bar, click Pop-up blocked.
- Click the link for the pop-up you want to see.
- To always see pop-ups for the site, select Always allow pop-ups and redirects from [site] > Done.
To correct this in Mozilla Firefox, follow the steps on how to provide popup exceptions found in Mozilla's Support Center.
This issue has been found on both Chrome and Firefox browsers and was isolated to the browser pop up blocker being enabled. Best practice is to disable the Popup blocker for the related pages only and not disable its functionality entirely.
