What is the expected 8x8 Contact Center for Salesforce call log task status?

8x8 Contact Center for Salesforce integration only marks Tasks as Completed in Salesforce when they are related to a Record Type, such as a Case, Contact or Lead. If the Task is not linked to any Salesforce record, the integration does not update the status to Completed.
