In Analytics for 8x8 Work, why are Call Quality analytics for calls using a Polycom SoundStation IP 5000 or 6000 not found or unavailable?

Answer
Since Polycom SoundStation IP 5000 and 6000 devices do not send call quality information, it isn't possible to generate call quality records or analytics for calls using either of these device models.
Additional Information
Call quality analytics may also not be possible for similar device models such as a Polycom SoundStation IP 7000 for example.
