Why do users see waiting for a host when joining a meeting?

Answer
Any meeting created without a tenant (for example, https://8x8.vc/ThisExampleMeeting) will initially require an authenticated user to start the meeting.
Any non-authenticated user who joins beforehand will be in a waiting for the host state until an authenticated user joins the meeting.
Note:
- Authentication will not be required for any future meetings using the same meeting URL.
