Symptom

When attempting to update the External Voicemail Greeting for a particular user in 8x8 Admin Console, you encounter the error Failed at saving external voicemail greeting. The greeting does not save.

Other users' voicemail greetings can be set without error

Please create a case with 8x8 Technical Support.

8x8 Technical Support will trouble shoot the user's configuration logs for the cause of the error.
