How to search users by License ID

Objective

To identify the user assigned to a known License ID.

Applies To

• 8x8 Admin Console

Procedure

1. Log into the 8x8 Admin Console as a Company Admin.
2. Click Licenses.
3. Find the field for Search by License ID located in the upper right corner.
4. Enter the License ID into the search field.
5. Strike the Enter key.
