Can chat offer canned answers before initiating chat session?

Unfortunately, the 8x8 Contact Center Chat Script is not able to offer other webpages to customers. An example of this would be a list of frequently asked questions but a web developer would need to create their own web page to offer the list of FAQs when a customer requests a chat.
