Change the saved order Agents on the Agent Resources Dashboard Widget

Procedure

  1. Login to Virtual Contact Centre Analytics
  2. Click Dashboards
  3. Click the dashboard you need to change

  1. Click the edit (pencil) icon

  1. Click the edit (pencil) icon on the Agent Resource Widget
  2. Click the desired order from the dropdown
  3. Click Save
