Ensure agents are processing payments in the Live/Production PCI Pal environment.

Procedure
PCI Pal is used in conjunction with the 8x8 Agent Console by establishing a call and utilizing the PCI Pal widget. To avoid a payment being processed via the test environment, agents should ensure that they select the correct Live account at the bottom of the PCI Pal widget.
