Teleopti Not Returning Data

Symptom

The Teleopti request is sent with no error, but the response shows 401 Unauthorized Error. Example: Teleopti is requesting GetQueueStat. The response contains: "The remote server returned an error: (401) Unauthorized."

• 8x8 Contact Center Reports provided by Teleopti or Calabrio

Resolution

Have Teleopti or Calabrio use the current Data Request Token from Configuration Manager for Contact Center.

1. In Configuration Manager, go to Integration and select the API Token tab.
2. Locate the Data Request Token. Use this token within Teleopti.

Cause

The Data Request Token being used by Teleopti is old. Teleopti may refer to the "Data Request Token" as the "API TenantKey."
